Clackmannanshire Archives and Local History Service will reopen to the public on Tuesday 2nd May from 1pm - 4:30pm.
Initially we will be operating a limited service with a reduced range of archive material and will be returning to a full service after the archive collections have been relocated later in 2017.

In the meantime we are able to provide access to the following material:
County of Clackmannan: Commissioners of Supply minute books (1667 - 1889); valuation and assessment rolls (1880 - 1956); press cutting books (1902 - 1951); school bursary registers and log books; Poor law inspector's report book (1907 - 1919).
Stirling and Clackmannan Joint Valuation Authority: Valuation rolls (1957 - 1975)
Burgh of Alloa (1803 - 1975): burial grounds committee and gas committee minute books; burgh trustees day book and ledger; registers of plans and sections; cash books and committee minutes of Alloa Instrumental Band.
Alloa District and Hillfoots District Councils (1740 - 1975): lair registers for Alloa Greenside and Sunnyside, Tullibody and Clackmannan; Dollar and Tillicoultry Parochial Board minute books; parochial assessment rolls.
Central Regional Council: Valuation rolls (1975 - 1996)
