Joint Social Services - Adult Care Service User Survey Feedback Report

This is the first joint Social Services, Adult Care, Service User Survey to be undertaken across Stirling and Clackmannanshire Councils.

It will be used to provide a baseline for future surveys and to measure the quality of services people receive along with ensuring that the information we provide, meets peoples' needs and expectations.

The Survey was sent out to a random sample of 250 adult services clients in Clackmannanshire and 250 in Stirling. A joint response rate of 29% was achieved.

Overwhelmingly respondents from both Councils are satisfied and positive about the adult care services they receive and with the staff that provide services.

The feedback report provides a summary of key points and details the findings of the survey along with comments from respondents on their experiences of services.
