Stress Control (6 x 1.5 hour classes)

Stress control works. If you want to learn better ways to handle common problems such as anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, poor sleep and panic attacks then come along to Stress Control.

Stress control is a class - not a group therapy - so you do not have to talk about your problems in front of others. You just sit back and learn some great ways to control stress.

What is Stress Control?

  • A series of 6 free classes, usually taking place in the evening
  • Open to adults of all ages (16+)
  • Bring a friend or relative if you wish
  • You will be given booklets to help you and a free relaxation CD
