Stay and Play

This group is for children aged 1 to 3 years old and their parents. 

A range of fun activities and learning experiences are available, along with opportunities to socialise with other families. 

A healthy snack is available at each session.

Baby Club

Our Baby Club is run in partnership with Health Visitors and early years staff and is for babies from birth to 18 months old. 

Baby Weigh, Baby Massage, tips for weaning, sleeping, toilet training as well as fun activities and learning experiences.

Thrive to do Well

Thrive to do Well is a 16 week programme, focusing on change for a healthier wellbeing and promoting personal development.

It provides skills to increase confidence, knowledge and awareness of coping with day to day stresses. It also looks at opportunities such as further education, volunteering or employment.

The programme is also supporting participants to be more confident in supporting their children’s learning and development, which is vital in terms of raising attainment. 

Lunch and childcare can be provided.

This group runs in partnership with Stirling Council and NHS Keep Well Programme.

Young Mums

Our young mums group is for mums 26 and under.

Babies and young children are welcome to join this weekly group that includes fun activities and tips and advice on topics such as sleeping, toilet training, fire safety, baby first aid, sleep routines and behaviour.

A healthy snack is available at each session.

Moving On

Moving On is an 8 week programme for women who are, or have been, in an abusive intimate relationship.

It enables women to be more confident, have an understanding of power and control and learn strategies to safety plan and seek support.

Community Family Support

Sometimes families need additional help and advice during difficult periods. 

Our service is here to support families when there are child protection concerns, worries about parental mental health, substance, alcohol or domestic abuse or when parents need additional help with children’s behaviour and routines in the home. 

The service is available until 10pm in the evening and at weekends.
