We will continue to provide an essential service to our tenants and other service users by changing the way we work and this will involve concentrating on non-face to face contact such as text messages, email and phone.
We are prioritising our services to those experiencing homelessness, particularly those requiring temporary accommodation. We have identified these key areas of service delivery in line with Scottish Government guidance, and will therefore be focusing our available resources on:
