The Covid-19 vaccination programme got underway in Clackmannanshire in December 2020.
NHS Scotland is following the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation advice and vaccinating the most at risk first, and those who work closest with them.
The NHS Inform website is the main hub for Covid-19 vaccination information. The site is continually updated with relevant information around vaccinations.
You can also call the following numbers for help and advice:
A free shuttle bus will run between Alloa Shillinghill (stance 2) and the vaccination centre at Forth Valley College’s Alloa Campus from Monday 8 February to Sunday 28 February.
The service will operate every 20 minutes Monday to Sunday and there is no need to book in advance to use the bus.
The first bus from Shillinghill is at 8.15am then every 20 minutes between Shillinghill and the college’s main entrance.
Last bus from the college main entrance to Shillinghill is at 8pm.
The bus will be operated by Order of Malta Dial a Journey and run in conjunction with NHS Forth Valley to assist with transport to the vaccination centre.
A helpline has been set up to help people who need to travel to Covid-19 vaccination centres by public transport.
The Traveline Scotland dedicated vaccination phone line - 0141 465 1878 - is staffed round-the-clock seven days a week.
Remember, the Covid vaccine is free to everyone in Scotland. The NHS will never ask for payment or your bank details. If you are offered the vaccine at a price, it could be fake, stolen or non-existent.
