The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) has also released its Complaints Report for 2016/17 and states that Clackmannanshire Council had 14 complaints raised with Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) in 2016/17. Three of the complaints were passed for investigation by SPSO; all three were not upheld.
