Buying additional nursery sessions

You are now able to buy additional sessions in specific local nurseries where spaces are available.

Note that spaces are sold per term only. We cannot guarantee the same place will be available every term due to children accessing their eligible hours.

Charges

Sessional rate

The unit charge is based on a 3 hour 10 minute session. Sessional rates apply all year round ie term-time and during school holiday periods.

• 0-2 year old - £12.80
• 2-3 year old - £11.90
• 3-5 year old - £10.90

Hourly rate

The hourly rate applies for children who require extended hours in the period between morning and afternoon sessions.

• 0-2 year old - £4.10
• 2-3 year old - £3.70
• 3-5 year old - £3.50
