This page may not be accurate, latest service updates can be found on our dedicated COVID-19 section.
We can be contacted directly via our twice weekly telephone consultation service, for questions about how our service works, or regarding individuals.
If someone wishes to consult about a specific child or family, they must be a person with parental rights and responsibilities who can consent to EP involvement, or have permission from someone with parental rights and responsibilities.
We can also be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you choose to email our service, please be careful not to include any information within your email which could identify you or anyone else. The email facility is for general enquiries only.
We also offer dedicated time slots at other times each month for consultations with social workers, community learning and development colleagues, and health visitors. Please feel free to contact the EPS to request more details.
If the call is regarding a child/young person is already an existing case, parents and carers are encouraged to contact the allocated EP directly, and can leave a message for that EP at any point during business hours (same telephone numbers as above).
